Whether we like it or not, science is all around us. Throughout our high school career's, and possibly through college, we learn many different sciences which surround us in daily life. Like earth science and the ground we live on, or biology and the body we live with. Like these other sciences, physics is just as important is driving our daily lives. It is very valuable and helpful in studying science, even if you are not going into a scientific field. Lets say you are going into a field of linguistics. Although at first you may not make the connection between linguistics and science, they have a more complex relationship then you can see at first. How would we be able to hear the languages without the ears. We learn about ears in biology. How would we be able to read the words on paper, without the material to write with or write on. Chemistry and Earth science help in making these products. Finally, how could you be standing on the earth to be alive and speak without the gravity physics provides?! There is a direct connection between all sciences and the rest of the humanity. Sure many people think that you can solely relay on doctors and other people with science related professions, but why live with a naive thought of the way our planet goes around, or the way our bodies function? If you go along life without a proper idea of the way life works, you are living with an ignorant mindset.

Is Learning Science Important/Valuable?
Why do we learn science? Is there a value in learning science? If you are not going into a scientific field, is there still value in taking science classes?
